The Heritage Foundation is convening a select group of conservative leaders, Heritage Action Sentinels, donors, elected officials and policy experts for an intensive workshop on School Safety. You are invited to play an important role in these discussions and will be able to bring vital information back to your community to help direct the debate towards real solutions.

At this meeting, you will learn more about the events of February 14 in Parkland, Florida, how they might have been prevented, and the real causes of school violence. We’ll take a deep dive into solutions – including hearing about programs that strengthen families and make schools safer.  You’ll be able to ask questions, network with our experts, and hear from elected officials. And, you’ll walk away with resources that can help you make a difference in your community and in the lives of your children and grandchildren.

Our program begins on Wednesday, March 21, with lunch at 12 noon at our Heritage Foundation headquarters building, and concludes with a boxed lunch on Thursday, March 22. We hope this will also allow you to have the afternoon to visit Washington DC, stop by Capitol Hill, or continue the conversation with program participants.
