Terms and Conditions of Attendance
We encourage everyone interested in attending Heritage events and programs to join us as we work to formulate and promote conservative public policies based on the principles of free enterprise, limited government, individual freedom, traditional American values, and a strong national defense.
If you are able to join us we encourage you to register in advance and in some cases it is required. Most of the time you may be able to register on-site. Registering for or attending an event indicates you agree to the following terms and conditions of attendance. However, registration does not guarantee admittance. Be sure to check event details for specific instructions. Seating subject to availability.
We welcome opportunity to engage and discuss ideas and encourage you to refrain from disruptive behavior, interference of a program, non-compliance with requests from staff or security, trespassing, soliciting, peddling, loitering, and any other behavior deemed inappropriate at our discretion. Please ask for permission in advance if you would like to distribute promotional items, flyers, handbills or printed materials. Signs, banners, posters, flags, and items deemed as a distraction or that could be used as a weapon are prohibited.
Additional provisions to this policy may apply pursuant to our agreement with the venue and/or external partners. Any person who is removed may be subject to arrest or detention by authorities for violation of this policy or the codes of the jurisdiction of the event.
