All guests must be registered in advance, show valid government-issued ID, and go through a security screening including a bag check. The name you use to register must match the name on your government-issued photo ID. Please see below for bag restrictions and prohibited items. Guests with bags exceeding these dimensions or with prohibited items will not be allowed entry.

Bag restrictions: Bags may not exceed 12"x14"x5". Oversized bags, backpacks, and luggage are not permitted.

Prohibited items: Aerosols, alcohol, ammunition, animals (other than service animals), backpacks, roller bags, suitcases, banners, signs, explosives of any kind, firearms, glass, knives, blades, or other sharp objects, laser lights and laser pointers, Leatherman or other similar tools, mace and/or pepper spray, noisemakers, spray containers, strollers, toy guns, weapons of any kind, and any other objects that may pose a security threat based on the discretion of Heritage security

The closest metro station and parking garage is Union Station, accessible via the Red Line and an 8-minute walk to Heritage.
