Airports
Colorado Springs (COS)
Located 15 minutes from The Broadmoor and is serviced by several major airlines, with non-stop flights available through several U.S. cities.
Denver International Airport (DEN)
Located 90 minutes from The Broadmoor and provides non-stop daily service to more than 126 domestic and international locations.
Hotel Reservations
Attendees will receive a discounted rate of $221 per night at The Broadmoor. The group rate is also valid 3 days before and after the seminar dates for those who would like to extend their stay.
Heritage will make reservations for all attendees and panelists based on dates provided in registration. You must register by October 15 to secure a hotel reservation. Guests will be required to provide a credit card upon check-in for incidentals.
Ground Transportation
Shuttle Service
Round-trip and one-way shuttle service between both airports and the resort can be arranged through The Broadmoor Transportation Department once you have finalized your flight plans.
Please contact (719) 362-3276 to arrange reservations or for more information. Cost is $24 each way to/from Colorado Springs Airport, and $95 each way to/from Denver Airport.
Parking
Valet Parking: Valet parking is available to overnight guests at the rate of $30 per night. Valet parking is complimentary for day visitors.
Parking Garage: Self-parking for a 24-hour period is $23 per night, with in and out privileges. Day charges are $4 for the first hour and $2 for each additional hour up to a maximum for $12 per day.
