Will President's Club Orlando be livestreamed or recorded?

The event will not be livestreamed, but we will be recording some sessions that will be available post event.

What is the dress code for attendees?

You’ll look great and feel great in resort casual during the day and business attire (ties are optional) in the evening.

Can I invite friends or family to attend the President's Club Meeting?

Will masks be required for attendees?

The conference will operate under the current guidance given by the hotel and state/local officials. Current mask guidance is that unvaccinated guests and customers are required to wear masks. For fully vaccinated guests, masks are optional. To keep up with the most up-to-date information on COVID-19 policies, please review the hotel's policy here.

Where do I park?

Parking is available at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center when you arrive at the front entrance of the hotel. Self-parking is available at a discounted rate of $20 plus tax per vehicle with no in/out privileges. Valet parking is available for $38 plus tax per day.

What airport do I fly into?

The closest airport is Orlando International Airport (MCO), and it is located 20 minutes away from the hotel. 

How do I book my hotel?

Contact the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center to receive a discounted rate of $254 per night (plus $30 resort fee and tax). Online booking can be found on the “Hotel & Travel” tab or if booking your reservation by phone, call 407-586-0000 and mention The Heritage Foundation or the President's Club Orlando Summit to receive the discounted rate.
