Kevin Roberts, Ph.D., currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Texas Public Policy Foundation, the largest state think tank in the nation. On December 1, he will take  the reins as president of The Heritage Foundation, the world’s leading think tank  for policy impact, and lead  the charge in articulating a positive, persuasive vision of conservatism for the future.
