Executive Assistant to the Chairman
Direct Marketing Agency located in Manassas is looking for the right person to assist the Chairman. You will be one of two EA’s to the Chairman and will train with the current EA.
Must have excellent communication, organizational and dictation skills. Typical skill sets include strong Microsoft Office, Outlook/E-mail, Internet research, domestic and international travel itineraries; heavy calendar scheduling; delegating/retrieving vital information; and various special events and projects.
A requirement for this position is they have a conservative political background, keep up daily with news and are an “activist” for conservative causes.

The digital direct marketing/fundraising specialist must be a good planner and forward thinking with attention to detail. He/she will have to communicate with other members of staff and must be able to do this effectively to ensure the right information is passed across to other team members and even senior direct mail staff in the best manner possible. Reports directly to and presents workable recommendations to the Director of Digital Marketing. Requirements: BA/BS.; 3+ years of digital direct marketing or fundraising experience in implementing digital marketing programs or campaigns required. Knowledge of digital direct marketing and fundraising techniques, donor engagement, data analysis, back-end list sourcing, fundamental data security, results reporting presentation, and current events are essential. Prior experience collaborating with direct mail fundraising and awareness of fundraising compliance obligations a plus. Can you code in HTML, CSS, Adobe Suite, Drupal, and Python (a plus)?
